"Vivir Colectivo" aims to solve the demand for 75 social housing units by promoting citizen relations between the inhabitants of the complex and the residents of the area. The premise is that the more positive link among citizens, the better society it wil generate. Collective Living is not a building, nor a set of buildings, but a way of living and existing.
The proposed complex, with three buildings and a park, intends to grant the community quality spaces based on the premise that each citizen has the RIGHT to live with dignity, in a space in accordance with their physical, social, and why not, spatial needs. The proposal seeks to concentrate different neighborhood and community activities in order to promote social integration and strengthen the bond between citizens. ”
