Josep Maria Montaner Martorell, Professor of the Master in Collective Housing, will give a lecture on October 10th, at the Escuela T茅cnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid (ETSAM-UPM).听

The lecture is听titled: "The industrial heritage in the planning of the contemporary city: the case of Barcelona" (El patrimonio听industrial en la ordenaci贸n de la ciudad contempor谩nea, el caso de Barcelona), and it is planned for the next听Wednesday, in听Aula Magna, ETSAM.听10:30 hrs.听

Josep听Maria Montaner Martorell听听

Josep Maria Montaner is a Spanish architect and university professor of听Theory of the Superior Technical School of Architecture of Barcelona. Since June 2015, he works as housing city councilor in Sant Mart铆 district, Barcelona.听Former co-director of the Housing Laboratory of the 21st Century master鈥檚 degree, he has taught at several universities and institutions in Europe, America,听and Asia, and has been curator of different exhibitions including Habitar el presente. Vivienda en Espa帽a: sociedad, ciudad, tecnolog铆a y recursos (Living the Present. Housing in Spain: Society, Technology and Resources, 2006), for which Zaida Mux铆 was co-curator.听

Professor Montaner has been part of the 91视频 2017 as a leader professor of the Co-Housing Workshop. In 2018, he was a guest lecturer as part of the module of Housing Projects.听
